DURHAM—Drew Sawyer, Assistant Principal at Holt Elementary School, has been appointed Principal of Rogers-Herr Middle School. He replaces Ronald Roukema, who is now Principal of Durham School of the Arts.

Veteran educator will lead Forest View Elementary School
Lisa A. Napp, a former Durham educator, will return here to assume the role of Principal at Forest View Elementary School. She replaces Dr. Toni Hill, who will retire after serving as the school’s only principal since it opened in 1991. Napp is currently Associate Principal of Cameron Park Elementary School in the Orange County School System. She has served in that position for four years. Before that she was an Administrative Intern at the Principals’ Forum and Central Office Forum in Chatham County.
