Please bring the following items with you:
- Degree dated transcripts (if graduation is May/June 2013 – provide later)
- Resume (extra copies)
- Phone numbers for two current/ past supervisors
- Copy of License (s)
- Lateral Entry Candidates using PRAXIS scores to qualify MUST bring a copy of the passing PRAXIS score in the applicable area(s)

From I-40:
Take exit 276, Fayetteville Road. Turn north onto Fayetteville and travel approximately 3 to 4 miles to the fifth traffic light. Hillside is located on the right.
From I-85:
Exit Gregson Street. Travel south on Gregson to Hwy. 147 South. From 147 South, take the Fayetteville Street exit. Turn right onto Fayetteville Street. Hillside will be approximately 4 miles on your left.
