<p>Being in charge of a school with nearly 900 elementary students is a tough job by any standard. But Creekside Elementary Principal Letisha Judd finds a way to keep a smile on her face, along with all the students, teachers, staff and parents with whom she comes in contact.</p>
<p>“I think it’s important for principals to be visible throughout the day because it lets children know that they are important, that their education is important and that they are the main reason why we are here,” says Judd.</p>
