6210 -DUTIES OF FACILITIES SERVICES DIRECTOR

The Facilities Services Director shall be responsible for maintaining the buildings and grounds owned and operated by the Durham Public Schools and other duties as assigned. The Facilities Services Director shall insure that all federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations are followed by the maintenance department. The Facilities Services Director shall maintain adequate records of activities conducted in the maintenance of the school buildings and grounds and shall provide the Superintendent or designee with semi-annual reports of maintenance activities showing cost factors by project and location.
