5020 -HEALTH CERTIFICATE REQUIRED
Every new employee and any employee who is separated from employment for more than one year shall file a completed health certificate with the Superintendent upon initial employment. An employee who misses more than 40 successive school days because of a communicable disease must, before returning to work, file a physician's certificate with the Superintendent certifying that the individual is free from any communicable disease.
