4404 -FIRST AID
Before school starts each year, the principal shall determine which persons at the school will provide emergency first aid treatment for pupils injured in connection with school activities. Emergency first aid treatment should be administered by school staff only until the student can receive attention by a person who has had medical training or experience.
4404.1 No employee shall be required to administer drugs or medication or attend life saving techniques programs.
