The student must be completing a course already begun while enrolled full-time, which course is not available at the private school he is attending.
3320.3
The student must be in good disciplinary standing and must maintain a grade of C or better in the desired course.
3320.4
The student may not displace any full-time student seeking enrollment in the class.
3320.5
The teacher of the desired course must agree that the student's addition to the class will not create an undue burden.
3320.6
The student must provide his own transportation.

The student will not be eligible to participate in extracurricular clubs, athletics or other student activities.
The Superintendent may deny a request for single course enrollment for any reason in the best interests of the Durham Public Schools.
