3315 -SUMMER SCHOOL PROGRAMS
The Board of Education may provide summer school programs at all grade levels, both for enrichment and remediation.
The Superintendent may annually recommend summer programs to the Board of Education for implementation based on evidence of need of such programs and availability of funds.
Programs provided with state-allotted funds shall be operated congruent with state laws, policies and regulations.
