3100 -SCHOOL CALENDAR/SCHOOL DAY
The Superintendent shall recommend and the Board shall adopt a school calendar by May 1 before the start of each school year. The Superintendent or designee shall appoint a calendar committee, including school personnel and parents/guardians, to consider options. The calendar shall include a minimum of 180 instructional days and 1000 hours of instruction and shall include provision for inclement weather and teacher workdays.
3100.1 Starting and ending times for each school shall be determined by the Board.
