1420 -ADMINISTRATIVE ACTION IN ABSENCE OF POLICY
In cases where action must be taken involving the operation of the Durham Public Schools and where no guidelines have been established by Board policy, the Superintendent will have the authority to act.
1420.1 It will be the duty of the Superintendent to inform the Board of the action and the need for the Board to establish policy guidelines. The action of the Superintendent will be subject to review by the Board at its next meeting.
