1315 -EMERGENCY MEETINGS
The chairperson, a majority of the members, or the Superintendent may call an emergency meeting because of generally unexpected circumstances that require immediate consideration by the Board.
1315.1 The secretary shall notify each Board member of an emergency meeting directly, if possible. Otherwise, written notice shall be left at the member's home and business as soon as practicable.
1315.2 Public notice of the emergency meeting shall be given to news outlets and any other person who has filed a request with the superintendent. Notice shall be by telephone or by the same means used to notify Board members and shall be given immediately after Board members are notified.
1315.3 Only business connected with the emergency may be considered at the meeting.
