1310 -SPECIAL MEETINGS
The chairperson, a majority of the members, or the Superintendent may call a special meeting of the Board and immediately notify the Board secretary.
1310.1 The secretary shall notify each Board member of a special meeting directly, if possible. Otherwise, written notice shall be left at the member's home and business as soon as practicable.
1310.2 Public notice of the special meeting shall be posted on a prominent bulletin board at the central office at least 48 hours before the special meeting. Notice of the meeting shall be mailed or delivered to any news outlet or other person that has filed a request for such notice with the secretary at least 48 hours before the special meeting.
