1215 -CHAIRPERSON
The chairperson of the Board shall preside at Board meetings; decide questions of order; appoint temporary committees and their chairpersons, subject to Board approval; call special meetings of the Board; sign official documents on behalf of the Board; and perform all other duties prescribed by law or by action of the Board.
1215.1 The chairperson shall vote on all motions before the Board in the same manner required of other Board members.
