How to Submit your application
Submit all parts of your application at the same time so that Human Resource Services can process the application efficiently and quickly. If you submit your application online, all remaining parts of the application should be sent together to Human Resource Services. Disclosure of your Social Security number is voluntary. The Board of Education may use your Social Security number on applications for teacher licensure; to obtain a criminal record check; to verify employment eligibility; and for internal payroll and personal records.

All employment applications include
- Completed Employment Application
- Three confidential references in sealed envelopes. Please use the forms provided.
Applications for licensed professionals also include
- Copies of all of your teaching and other professional licenses
- All college transcripts (If degree was conferred, transcripts should include the degree granted and date)
- Copy of your tenure letter from a former school district if applicable
