What do I need to do to use a school facility?
Any agency, group, or individual outside of DPS interested in using a school facility must submit:
- Completed Facility Rental Application
- Facility Regulations acknowledged by signature
- $30.00 application fee
- Certificate of Liability Insurance, required for most events
Submit to Community Education at least thirty days prior to the event. The school designee will determine availability within 2 weeks time.
